Summary:
Lowen Ashleigh is a struggling writer on the brink of financial ruin when she accepts the job offer of a lifetime. Jeremy Crawford, husband of bestselling author Verity Crawford, has hired Lowen to complete the remaining books in a successful series his injured wife is unable to finish.

Verdict:
Colleen is best known for her romantic novels which I myself would not be drawn to, but this book was marketed as a stand alone thriller -romance ,this is why I decided to give it a go. As a novel it was a nice handy size for those who would like a quick read. Reader is hooked on the opening page, which is always a plus, especially for me....if I am not hooked early into any book then I usually put it down to read at a later date.
Plot element is superb, characters are engaging and story flows effortlessly, but as with Hoovers books you must be aware of raunchy content at times but tastefully done. The twist was unexpected (by me) and brilliant. Overall I could find no fault with this book and would highly recommend it, especially if you have found yourself in a reading slump, think this book will do the trick.
